The following conditions apply:
The delivery of goods is carried out worldwide in a climate-neutral manner, generally via DHL.
Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany:
Prices include 19% VAT
from €99 order value: free shipping as DHL Premium Parcel
from €30 – €98.99 order value: DHL Premium Parcel €4.90
up to €29.99 order value: Merchandise Shipment €3.20
up to €10.99 order value: Merchandise Mail €2.20
No shipping costs apply for local pickup.
Bulky parcel shipments (fabric rolls > 120 cm): + €30.00
Fabric rolls > 120 cm are usually shipped with DPD.
Shipping costs for deliveries to the European Union (EU):
Prices include the VAT rate of the recipient country

Shipping costs for deliveries to the USA:
Shipping to the United States is currently only possible as a parcel shipment.
The shipping fee amounts to €49.
This amount includes the regular import charges, such as customs duties and import taxes.
For orders with a total value exceeding €120, higher import charges apply. These are not included in the shipping fee and will be charged separately. We will of course inform you transparently in advance of any additional costs and apply them only after your prior confirmation.
Shipping costs for deliveries abroad outside the EU (excluding USA):
Customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply and must be paid by the customer—not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible in the destination country.²

Further information
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your home are handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee, and you benefit from the low domestic shipping rates within Germany.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, but not to be paid to the seller — instead to the customs or tax authorities responsible in the destination country. Customers are advised to inquire about these details before placing an order.
Obvious transport damage must be reported immediately to the driver/delivery agent. Please obtain confirmation of the damage. Hidden damage must be reported to us within 48 hours after delivery.
Delivery times
Unless another period is stated in the respective product listing:
Delivery of goods within Germany:
approx. 2–5 business days
Delivery of goods within the EU:
approx. 2–8 business days
Delivery of goods worldwide:
approx. 6–12 business days
each after conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, after receipt of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
For local pickup:
Provision of goods within 2–4 business days
We will inform you by email once the goods are ready for pickup and provide details about the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.
